Cake is really a delicious dessert.lets try it to make a healthy dessert with wheat flour
Ingredients:-
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Cream - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tea spoon
Baking soda - 1/2 tea spoon
Milk - as required
Some drops of vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
Oil for greesing silver pan
Dry fruits for garnishing
Method :-
1. First of all take a plate and a strainer.
2. Strain wheat flour,baking soda,baking powder by strainer.keep this mixture aside.
3. Now take a deep bowl and add sugar and cream into it.mix it well.
4. After mixing,add dry ingredients mixture spoon by spoon and mix well.add milk when batter become thick and make a smooth batter.
5. Now add some drops of essence,dry fruits and a pinch of salt.( Salt increases its taste ).
6. Take a deep pan (kadhai),pour a small bowl of salt into the pan.cover it with a lid.and pre-heat it for almost 5 min.
7. Take another silver pan and grees it with little oil and sprinkle some flour.now put the cake batter into it.then slowly tap the silver pan 4-5 times.now the mixture is set in the pan.sprinkle some dry fruits on the top of the batter.
8. Now uncover that deep pan which is heating up.and put a small stand or plate into the pan.now put the silver pan on stand and completely cover it with lid.cook it in a low flame for almost 45 mins.
Check it with a knife and when it cools,turn it into a plate.
Now your healthy wheat flour cake is ready to eat...ENJOY....😃
